Contingency Plan

I create a backup plan for each workout. Wednesday I had originally intended to go to spin class but slept poorly the night before and was in no shape to get up at 5 am. Instead, I packed my gym bag and went straight to the gym when I got off work. The elliptical wasn't my first choice but it was far better than nothing. emoticon
