Weekly diet

I usually buy the same lunch food items for the 5 days I work. I divide the fruit and veggies into the 5 different containers for each day. Then in the mornings I just grab one of each of the containers plus my cheese's and my protien for lunch (usually a salmon patty) and I'm all set for the day...

Every little bit helps!

I love getting up and being at the Gym when it opens at 5:30 in the morning. I workout for an hour and then head home to shower and get ready for work. I also take my SHAPE UPS to work with me and when the weather is nice, I'll walk for at least 15 minutes during my lunch. Works for me.
