On my puffed wheat cereal in the morning, I sprinkle cinnamon on it, FF milk, and 1/2 banana. The cinnamon keeps your blood sugars leveled!

Carrots (or other favorite vegetable) Keep a bag of baby carrots in the very front of your refrigerator. Whenever you open the door (for any reason) you have to eat at least one. This will help you get your vegetables in for the day and keep your appetite curbed. If you don't like carrots or want a change, try other vegetables.

Weigh Weekly, Bi-weekly or Monthly I started out with Spark & I weighed daily. Drop a pound, up 0.5, down 0.5, up 2 pounds, down 1.
