Ditch the soda!

I quite drinking soda. I found that the soda often led to craving sweets and other not so good choices. It was one of the hardest things I've done, but the payback was huge!

Water tip

In the morning take a multivitamin and drink a bottle of water (2 cups). It's important to drink enough water when you take any medications/vitamins. So not only are you safely taking your vitamin, but you are also getting in 1/4 of the water you need to drink for the day (before even leaving the house for work!)!!

Balance, Moderation and Consistency!!

I read those three words in The Spark and they have stuck with me in every part of my weight loss journey (Health, fitness, diet, exerice, motivation). You can apply it to anything! This is the key to success. You don't have to be perfect all of the time. Just remember These three words.

Finding Healthy Recipes

When I find a healthy recipe I print it out and put it in a binder I keep in the kitchen. That way when I'm ready to cook something I have healthy recipes readily available.
