Water when you get up to get your system going, water before meals and you won't eat as much, water in the evenings to keep metabolism working well.

When I think I want to eat over emotional problems the first thing I do is drink a large glass of water ( 16 oz at least). I have found that I was not hungry and realized it was the situation I was under that was causing food to slip into my mind!!!!
