Drink Water Before You Emotionally Eat!!

When I think I want to eat over emotional problems the first thing I do is drink a large glass of water ( 16 oz at least). I have found that I was not hungry and realized it was the situation I was under that was causing food to slip into my mind!!!!

Add Weight To Your Swimming Laps

MY 4 year old granddaughter hold onto my back as I swim laps!! I can barely tell she is there but it adds to my expenditure in the pool!!
