Just Do Something!

Everyone has those days where they just don't feel like working out -- and we all can come up with a list of reasons why we should skip the days workout. Instead of talking yourself out of it, just do something. Even if it's just a walk around the block!

Being happy!

It's easier to lose weight when you are not stressed or worried or obsessed about losing it. Better forget it for a while and enjoy life and find peace and balance and harmony. When you love your life, its easier to eat in balance and enjoy it.

Profound Observation made by Drew Carey!

"Eating junk food is not a reward - it's a punishment!"

I just read that from the back issues of newspapers collected while I was gone. It was in the interview he did for the Parade Magazine the 26th September 2010.

It may not seem like a "secret" but I think it is, for me, because it was something I was secretly hiding from myself. I'd go oink out on some high calorie junk food as a "reward" and then wondered why I felt so bad afterwards! But Drew just blew it out of the water!
