Push yourself to the max and then go a little further. It will help you not get in a rut and build your confidience.
Getting bored with your workout routine. Try something new. Either a new machine, a new level on the same machine, walk outdoors, or do what I did today. Do a class. It was very motivating to be working out side by side with someone else. Plus I got my cardio and strength done in one shot.
Just found this today. Will love using it to add up my exercise minutes to post to my biggest loser challenge. Will also use it to see how far I have come when I am feeling discouraged.
While getting ready for a garage sale I collected all of the meal toys my kids have collected and are not playing with. I put two-three in a brown lunch bag. I am selling them for .50. I hope to get rid of them all.
I have a book just for when I go to the gym. Reading a book during exercsie on gym machines has distracted me from how long I have left. It also motivates me to exercise everyday because I want to know what happens next.
