I like to change the words "Working Out" to "Playing Out:". It shines a whole new light on exercising.
If you happen to order something that you wish you hadn't, such as a fattening burrito, cut it in half and put one of the halves in the fridge for the next day. That way you won't be tempted to eat the whole thing and you'll probably fill up with the smaller portion anyway.
If you're a foodie like me, don't watch any cooking shows on tv, as they only make you hungry. Watch the learning channel or home and garden tv instead. This way you're not thinking about making that potato salad, but how to clear clutter out of your family room, etc..
