30, 29, 28.....3, 2, 1 Count backwards to Sucess!

When I am totally exhausted when exercising on the treadmill I have a trick to push through it. I usually have a towel over the clock, but when exhaustion kicks in I remove the towel and begin counting backwards with the clock for each 30 seconds I have left. It helps so much with passing each minute by faster and keeps my attention on counting rather then being tired!

Run in the snow!!!

I started running in the snow. The resistance is killer the first couple days, and it really gets your heartrate up!
