A friend once told me that Oprah said forgiveness is about recognizing you cannot change the past. When I slip, I am first honest with my self (trying to figure out why it happened is important), then I forgive myself, understanding today is another day!
The easiest way I have found to save money is to stop buying junk food!
When I am off track, I stop logging honestly, and 'forget' that I ate things. Then I realized, not logging everything is only lying to myself. I need to be honest with myself to be successful. Now I log everything! :)
I have found exercising easier to stick with when I mix it up, doing a variety of things. Doing the same thing over and over can get pretty boring, so trying different things, new things, and old things, really helps!
