I looooooovvvvvee ice cream! However, it is usually full of calories; even the frozen yogurt. Put your favorite kind of yogurt in the freezer, shake it randomly to freeze evenly, but go back before it is completely frozen. Then ENJOY!!
I use this stuff on EVERYTHING! It's good on it's own topping toast and it is wonderful as a cooking spray. I spritz the pan and toss in veggies. Zero calories for 5 sprays! It has olive oil with other ingredients to make a great flavor and saves major calories!
Beginning I had a weight loss of 55 lbs. to lose, it seemed so daunting so I did smaller goals of 5 to 10 lbs. and celebrated each. Mentally, its a lot easier to stay on track looking at smaller feats than the larger one at hand.
