This is basically a cheaper version of the magic bullet. I LOVE it. The motor quit on my magic bullet (which cost twice the price) so I bought this instead. This one has lasted longer & blends better. I LOVE it. Perfect for smoothies & protein shakes. I use it every day.

Listerine Whitening Quick Disolving Strips

These strips are supposed to whiten teeth in 14 days. They dissolve on teeth in 5-10 minutes. They taste terrible & actually after using them twice in one day they left my mouth dry & tasting terrible for a few days before it went away. I WOULD NOT recommend these. YUCK.

Iron Chef Orange Sauce Glaze with Ginger

I am always looking for oriental sauces that aren't loaded with sodium. This one ROCKs. Great flavor, low sodium, few ingredients, & no MSG. I used it in a stir fry dish yesterday & it is very tasty. Great orange flavor with a little kick to it & a nice ginger taste. LOVE IT.

Always look on the bright side.

I force myself to find something good in every single situation. I always point on the bright side to everything. Even when things are rough I make a point to be positive & happy. Even if you have to fake it the more you do it the more optimistic you become.

A quick breakfast on the go.

The biggest help for me? A protein smoothie every morning. I blend up almond milk, whey protein powder, spinach, flax oil, frozen strawberries for one example. Throw it in a to go cup & take it like I would coffee. Great easy energizing breakfast.

A protein bar for the road.

I used to come home after work & pig out. Now I eat a Luna protein bar in my car on the way home. 180 calories & it tides me over until dinner. Any snack with some protein & fiber would work the same I am sure. This has been a huge help to me.
