Eating healthy and losing weight are like climbing a mountain. You start off , climbing is easy, standing tall with the wind at your back. Soon the climb becomes harder. You hit lose rock and slip around sometimes taking2 steps back. Then you reach a ledge(plateau) and stop to take a breathe always looking up at the summit anxiously waiting for a chance to be on top of the world. Mount Everest is29,035 feet tall. If one calorie lost equaled one foot up Mt Everest, I've made 4 round trips.
