Having a cold will definitly slow you down but it doesn't have to make your progress stall. Track the things you eat while feeling blah, most of the things good for a cold are also good for a healthly lifestyle. Get plenty of fluids, have a bowl of chicken soup. Get plenty of rest. The cold will pass and you will still be on track.

I have a long history of giving up just because I am sooo tired and after taking care of everyone else I just don't have time for me, so SP has taught me to succeed take care of me first!!
For me the best way to ensure I eat healthy is to always start with the fruit and veggies. If I load each meal with lost of fruits and veggies they fill me up and then I am less likely to crave things that are not good for me.
