everyday exercise

My favorite everyday workout, especially this time of year, is shoveling snow. Ok, some of think I'm shoveling something else by saying this but I assure you I'm not. I make fun patterns as I shovel and incorporate some pilates moves. Not only am I clearing my walkways, driveway and car but I'm clearing my head and heart.

keep your teeth strong

I found that by paying attention to my teeth it helps me stay focused on my whole health. It's a very small start but it is a positive start.

walking vacation

When traveling to a new city I love to pick a direction and just start walking. I find better food and shopping choices by getting off the tourist routes and checking the local paths. It's also great and fun excerise.

I do leg extensions, wall push ups, calf raises, standing hip abductions, downward dog, etc while at work.
