I am trying to eat healthier. My new food of choice is Eggo Nutrigrain Whole Wheat Waffles with a few squirts of "I Can't Believe It's Not Butter" spray and a sprinkle of cinnamon along with some fruit.
This is supposed to get rid of leg cramps at night. I haven't tried it yet but the person who told me about it swears by it. Put a bar of soap like Irish Spring or Dial and it's supposed to prevent cramps. Weirder things have happened so try it out.
