I grab my fat

When I want to eat something I don't need, usually a Snickers, I grab my belly fat. I reminds me that I already have a Snickers in storage.

Water

To help me get in my water I add an orange to a large pitcher of water and place it in the fridge. Cut the orange into slices, you can squeeze some of the juice in the water if you wish. Rind or no rind, depends on wether you like to leave the orange rind on or not, it is so up to you. Allow it to cool and enjoy!!
I hear it works well with lemons too, just haven't tried it that way!

Set a goal

I am walking for my cardio exercise, but to keep myself interested, I decided to set a goal to hike to the top of Stone Mountain. I decided that it would have to be when the weather was still cool enough so I set the date for late April. On April 15th, my son and I climbed to top and celebrated with a picnic lunch complete with sparkling cider to toast achieving a goal. To my surprise, my co-workers were so proud and excited for me that they cheered for me when I came back to work.

Good Smells to get what you want

Try using lavender oil in the bedroom for a calming atmosphere. To get going, energize the kitchen scene with oranges. The meeting room for the family or thought provoking ideas brings clarity if you use aroma therapy with the scent of lemons. All these you can easily use as separate plug- ins in each room. Try one a week and see if it really works or if it is my imagination. ???

Celestial Seasonings True Blueberry Tea

100% natural, herbal, caffeine-free tea.

I really like the flavor of this tea -- it's good hot or cold, and is a great way for me to get some extra glasses of water in. It has a nice, strong, flavor -- a little bit tart, a little bit naturally sweet.

Sometimes I just put a bag in my bottle of cold water -- that's enough to flavor the water enough to help me drink it!

Cooking Oil as Adhesive Remover

Apply cooking oil to the sticker using a paper towel or a soft cloth, rub firmly, then rinse with warm soapy water. (If the adhesive is stubborn, use a dab of toothpaste along with the oil.)

Recycle magazines differently

While waiting in my doctor's office there are only a few mags and they are often quite old, so instead of taking my mags to the recycler, I take them to the doctor's office.

Go to a road race and cheer on the runners!

The greatest motivation I get to run is going to road races, or even volunteering, and cheering on other runners. I always marvel at the diversity of the runners, from shape and size to age and level of fitness... and it always inspires me to think, if they can do this, I can do this, and I want to be out there, too! It starts with just one step...
