How about making your own frosting. When I read the ingredients, there is partially hydrogenated oils and also High Fructose corn syrup. Buttercream frosting is better and is easy to make.
Spray "I Can't Believe It's Not Butter" or similar spray. Mix Truvia with Cinnamon and sprinkle on top of pancakes! Yummy!

Instead of using syrup on my pancakes, I use applesauce. What I don't use on the pancakes, I eat. I get my fruit in at the same time.
I bought some Halloween candy and divided it up half of the amount a serving size is. I don't need all the sugar and carbs so I will be able to enjoy it longer!
To make sure I drink my allotment of water, I add the Crystal Light Lemonade Packets into my 70 oz. water bottle. Because I use a diuretic I have to drink more than the 70 oz. The doctor told me to add the crystal light to replace some of the potassium back into my body.
