I have started to take a small calculator along with me to the supermarket. I am trying to keep within a $50 food budget each week. It really does help me keep accountable for what I am purchasing. Very few "treats" now and just the necessities. It seems to be working.
I use one packet of True Orange with my big glass of water. It really does make it more palatable for me.
I use children's size dishes when I serve my own food. When I can, I also use chopsticks to eat. The smaller dishes really do help to visualize a larger portion of food and I feel more satisfied with my meal.
