No matter what happens never stop! Keep moving because if you keep going pounds are bound to drop. Not to mention inches. Starting all over sucks so keep moving forward in whatever you can do!
soooo we all know how kids like to compete....have a water drinking contest and before you know it you have gotten some of your daily water intake in, in less than a minute! Try it is fun and its a healthy contest!
when you leave the house to run an errand or whatever we do take three or four waters with you and make sure to drink them before returning home!
I have realized that buying a 24 pack of 10oz. water bottles that its easier to drink a gallon of waters a day. They are so small it takes two seconds to drink one. So try it and see how you like it!
