Just Imagine

While you're pushing through your workout on the treadmill, elliptical, or whatever it may be, imagine yourself doing something you've always wanted to do or learn how to do.. and SUCCEEDING. This pushes me to want to workout even harder because I know the more I push myself now, the more I'd be able to push myself to finally do what I've always wanted to do.

Controlling servings

Whenever I'm really hungry, I usually feel the need to take double servings, if not more. Since I've starting watching what I've been eating, I now get only one serving first and tell myself, "I'll eat this SLOWLY first. If I'm seriously still hungry after I finish and let it settle, then I can get another serving." I still have yet to go back for that second serving I used to always automatically get.
