A drastic change in diet will cause a significant amount of weight loss! Keeping a daily journal to count calories sounds daunting, but it isn't as bad as you think.
Log everything! When you really see your eating habits and how things add up - it's quite startling!
Become a chronic label reader - pay attention to serving sizes and calories - on everything. Doing this and adding more fruits an veggies to create a balanced diet will help you to not only lose but maintain a healthy weight.
