I used to always use the excuse that PMS was keeping me from exercising; literally, I would miss days of work/school b/c it (PPD, severe cramps etc.) can be so debilitating. But this time is different: I spend more time on spark, researching and gaining more motivation from other women, etc., and now I'm eager to do crunches (which can help cramps) and/or get out an walk/do elliptical (rather than a hard run that I feel too sluggish for)! thnx!
