Each day

I used to leave the gym tired, worn out and feeling like a failure because I was out of shape (I would always quit going after those thoughts started coming). Mind control

Move it & move it often

So the science says that sitting can negate the hard work out you just did - not a problem, just move it. Get up & walk, dance, run, skip, shimmy, or whatever about every 30 minutes. Wear a pedometer & get those 5 miles a day in - you'll be healthier & fitter in no time!

Desk Workout

I am very fortunate to work at home, so when I am not on the phone I can sneak in a few squats, standing push ups or just walking in place. It helps to wake me up too!
