I try to think of how my little one plays when I'm working out, and get my body moving with as much freedom and joy as he has, just enjoying the ability to move about, the fresh air, etc. All the little things I take for granted.
Whenever I feel like skipping a workout because I'm tired, I'm too busy, etc , I remind myself that there are plenty of other responsibilities I have to do each day, rain or shine, tired or busy, to take care of the people in my life, so shouldn't this one responsibility to myself be high priority?
It takes your body about 7 minutes to warm up when doing cardio exercise. Keeping this in mind makes it easier for me to push past the urge to quit at the begining of the workout, and after this initial warm-up I'm good to go
