Be consistent

Going everyday; I walk everyday after work and then head to the gym; the weekends my husband and I get up Saturday morn and head to the gym together... Sundays is me and Leslie Sansone... it's become a habit and I don't want to miss it! Setting goals using Spark My Fitness keeps me focused!
