Keep a permanent marker, like a Sharpie, in each place where you store supplies (groceries, toiletries, medicines, household supplies). As you put them away, mark the items with month/year purchased, or expiration date, and put newest to the back. You'll find it easy to see at a glance what should be used first.
If you smile when you are in a bad mood, you feel happier. The same for exercise. If you aren't in the mood to work out, fake it. Turn up the music, make your moves as if you mean it, pretend you are in an exercise video if that helps. After a few minutes you'll find energy and work out for real.
Create an email account on one of the free email sites just to be used for website registrations, product or business newsletters, coupon signups, etc. You'll get less email cluttering your main email address, less chance of spam but still be able to read those newsletters, etc. whenever you want.
Save laundry time, money and wear on towels by hanging them up to dry after baths and using two or three days. Washcloths are the only thing that really gets dirty when you bathe, so buy multi-packs at the dollar store for fresh washcloths for every shower and face wash.
