Weekly weigh In and Meetings~

I go to a TOPS group locally and weigh in each week on thursday mornings,sometimes there are no changes,but aiming for no gains are most important.I go the gym each day and I am resizing from original 300 pounds.I don't like my starting pics,so they are not posted.I am more to where I am now.
