I found that you can add one tablespoon of unsweetened cocoa to your oatmeal with 2 pkg of truvia. Throw it in the microwave and watch a hot, chocolate dessert evolve. Free of guilt, fat free ,sodium free and sugar free. FREE, FREE,FREE. Try it for breakfast or snak too. Yummy!!
I only buy organic veggies but find it challenging to eat them quickly. I found that If I cook all of the veggies al dente on Saturday when I purchase them, they remain good to use throughout the rest of the week. For example, I blanch the broccoli then cook it in any fashion I choose much later OR sauté the peppers with onion and store them in the fridge to add to any item I choose. Saves time and money.
I learned that the amino acid L-glutamine will stop cravings for sugar, carbs and alcohol. Just take 500-1000mg 3 times a day and watch the cravings disappear. I kicked my alcohol and sugar addiction with this aid. I have been off both for almost 2 years.
