I keep bags of frozen mixed vegetables and low-cal condiments on hand. To tame the hungries I microwave a cup of veggies for one minute, then add something flavorful like teriyaki sauce or fat-free salad dressing. If I am really hungry there's nothing wrong with two cups of veggies!
