Creamy without the Fat

Add 1 or 2 extra tbsp of fat free yoghurt to your smoothies or banana milk or any beverage of the type. It makes the consistency of your drink very creamy & adds flavour without adding fat!

For the Sake of your Teeth!

Change the way you think about weight loss-when you brush your teeth, it's probably best to wait at least 30min before eating/drinking anything else to help your teeth re-mineralize. I've found that this helps me fend off the desire for post-meal snacks and beverages.

Removing Dryer Lint

A good way to clean the dryer lint off of machine's filter: grab your used dryer sheet to wipe off the webbing.
