I've come to really love exercising and eating healthy because each setback gives me something to look forward to. When I really push myself to improve, the effects are incredible. I feel strong and confident and hopeful.
Add 1 or 2 extra tbsp of fat free yoghurt to your smoothies or banana milk or any beverage of the type. It makes the consistency of your drink very creamy & adds flavour without adding fat!
Change the way you think about weight loss-when you brush your teeth, it's probably best to wait at least 30min before eating/drinking anything else to help your teeth re-mineralize. I've found that this helps me fend off the desire for post-meal snacks and beverages.
