Soup is a fantastic meal! The liquids in it help fill you up, it is full of healthy foods, and low in calories. The best part is that It leaves you feeling satisfied like you ate a much higher calorie meal. Soup is one of my favorite things to eat for dinner, especially when I need something light to eat. It's easy to make too! I try to make it for dinner at least once a week and I always have leftovers to eat for lunches.
While this may not be for everyone, we got rid of cable TV. It saves a lot of money each month, and now instead of vegging out on the couch after dinner each night we go for a walk, talk to each other, or spend more time playing with our child. Its a win win for us.
