Above everything else; I think one treat a week helps to motivate one's program for weight loss. But if you're not losing your weight consistently; then perhaps you maybe treating yourself a little too often...eek! I'm looking in my mirror....
When I've eaten a little too much for lunch; or even for breakfast and lunch... :( I just skip dinner all together. I'm not recommending this often; but it has kept me from puttng lost pounds back on again. I try to walk an extra lap around the track as well...Shhh!
Drink Alkaline water; but always check with your Health Nutritionist, or Health Care Provider.
Always make things positive; no matter what? Giving a smile away each day, makes you feel better. Sending out a hello when it's least expected. Making the best of something when things aren't exactly up to measure. Just caring a little more to get the job done.
I really didn't want to share my weight. I just want to share how much weight that I'm losing each week. I blew it...!
Not understanding how things work yet?...Oh well.
