Use a plain brown paper bag, what I grew up calling a "lunch bag". Measure about 1/4 cup popcorn kernels into bag. Fold twice to close securely and tape with scotch tape. Place in microwave laying bag down. Microwave 1-1/2 minutes to 2 minutes on high. Watch close and don't let burn. If you must, use a butter flavor spray or something like "I Can't Believe It's Not Butter" spray and season as desired or just eat plain. One bag plain is about 130 calories.
