Fast Food Eating

When I get food from a fast food restaurant I get children sizes versus adults. It has less calories, still fills you up AND is cheaper. Why get full on more calories and more money when less does the same job? emoticon

DRINKING AT LEAST 8 CUPS OF WATER DAILY

I have ALWAYS had a problem drinking "just plain" water but for a healthier lifestyle I must - so needing 8 cups of water per day I use to drink 1 cup every hour while at work.

NOW I have purchased a water bottle 'JUG' that holds 8 cups of water. I fill it up with ice and water in the morning and I know once completed for the day, my 64oz goal is met. I am lucky because at work we have a full size refrigerator with an ice machine so I am able to keep the ice flow going. emoticon

HOW I GET IN MY 8 CUPS OF WATER

I was never a plain water drinker but have found a solution that works for me. I have a 21oz glass and use it with each meal to get in the water; I also drink 8 oz before bed...Water solution....SOLVED!
