Cheesy broccoli slaw: This is one of my favorite things to eat for lunch. I put broccoli slaw in a bowl, a little bit of water, and cover with a paper towel. Then I put it in the microwave for 3 minutes. I then put 2 blocks of Laughing Cow Light Swiss, and one serving of fat free shredded cheese. Put in the microwave for one minute. Mix and enjoy!
When I get hungry in the afternoons (or after a good workout), I mix 4 ounces of regular fat free Greek yogurt with a packet of Diet Swiss Miss cocoa powder (25 calories). Its a very filling and satisfying sweet snack!
