Addicted to soda? I know I was! Try flavored seltzer water to satisfy your carbonation cravings. Not only does seltzer water count towards your eight cups of water per day, after a while you won't even miss soda! And if you check out the store brand of seltzer water, you'll also end up saving some money, because it's less expensive than soda, too!
Have trouble with nighttime snacking? Try eating a little bit later in the day. Instead of eating at 5:00 or 5:30, eat at 6:30 or 7:00. It's early enough so that it won't interfere with your sleep, but late enough that you're less likely to get hungry and snack on unhealthy food afterward!
