Sometimes when I feel like eating a start to reach for a particularly unhealthy choice or trigger food, I stop for a minute and check to see if I am really hungry or if I am feeding my fatigue. If I'm getting ready to feed my fatigue, I take a nap instead of eating!

If you have trouble keeping your protein intake high enough and in the right proportion to your carb intake, try greek yogurt. It's much higher in protein than regular yogurt, has a smooth tangy taste, an be used as a substitute for sour cream and is available in flavors, too.
