MY EXERCISES

Recently I REALLY HAVEN'T BEEN LOOSING ANY WEIGHT. SO I CHANGED SOME OF MY STRENGTH TRAINING EXERCISES AND ADDED DANCING. I STILL DO MY 45 MINUTES OF WALKING DAILY. MUCH TO MY SURPRISE WHEN I WEIGHED IN THIS MORNING I HAD LOST 3 POUNDS. YEAH !!!!!

SODIUM

CAN ANYONE HELP. I HAVE NOT ADDED SALT TO ANYTHING IN A MONTH. I USE MRS. DASH ORIGINAL BLEND. BUT EVERY NIGHT WHEN I RUN THE REPORT OF MY FOOD TRACKER MY SODIUM NUMBER IS UP THERE REALLY HIGH OR OVER WHAT I AM SUPPOSE TO HAVE. !!!!!!

EXERCISE

I FOUND OUT THAT EVEN THOUGH I HURT MY BACK I COULD STILL DO MY WALKING EVEN IF IT WAS SLOWER AND STILL LOOSE WEIGHT. I LOST 2 POUNDS THIS WEEK.

MY MEDS

SINCE I STARTED WITH THE SPARK AND WITH MY DOCTORS PERMISSION I STOPPED TAKING TWO ANTI DEPESSANTS AND FEEL SO MUCH HAPPIER. I STILL HAVE ONE LEFT TO STOP TAKING. NOT READY FOR THAT THOUGH. I WILL THOUGH IN THE NEAR FUTURE
