Recently I REALLY HAVEN'T BEEN LOOSING ANY WEIGHT. SO I CHANGED SOME OF MY STRENGTH TRAINING EXERCISES AND ADDED DANCING. I STILL DO MY 45 MINUTES OF WALKING DAILY. MUCH TO MY SURPRISE WHEN I WEIGHED IN THIS MORNING I HAD LOST 3 POUNDS. YEAH !!!!!
CAN ANYONE HELP. I HAVE NOT ADDED SALT TO ANYTHING IN A MONTH. I USE MRS. DASH ORIGINAL BLEND. BUT EVERY NIGHT WHEN I RUN THE REPORT OF MY FOOD TRACKER MY SODIUM NUMBER IS UP THERE REALLY HIGH OR OVER WHAT I AM SUPPOSE TO HAVE. !!!!!!
