New Year resolutions have us all hitting the gym hard and eating healthy, but when your resolve gets low and you feel you've fallen off the wagon, just pick yourself back up. Don't fret over a missed day or week, you're on the right track just for noticing. Aim for better every day rather than perfect right away. :)

Every time I read this I smile. It gives me that tiny boost I need to eat right, get to the gym, and do just one more crunch before I call it a night.
Put on Your Shoes

I LOVE this quote. Just lacing up your shoes and getting outside can get you a great work out being walking, running, biking, or whatever. The roads ARE always open. Have you been outside today?

I love how relevant this quote is for SparkPeople. I think all us Sparkies know that water is the most important thing for us. Just getting our 8 glasses a day helps us make good habits and stay on track. Have you had your water today?

I love this quote because it reminds me to take one day of weight loss at a time. There's no reason I should be looking months and years into the future. I need to focus on today. How can I better myself today to improve my chances to reach my ultimate goal? Think of each day as a mini-race. Make it through today and we'll take on tomorrow when it comes.
One Day at a Time

Everything takes time, remember that. Don't beat yourself up if the scale doesn't budge this week. This is a journey, not a race :)
