Treats are okay

When you find yourself craving that one thing and you can't find a substitution that fills it.... indulge! I'm not saying do it every day but every once in a while if you can make it fit in your calories then do it. Better a small controlled amount now then risking a binge later

Save time by knowing how much things hold

have dishes and such that you know how much they hold ie: a glass for milk (or other liquids) that you know holds I cup worth exactly. It helps keep you to your portions
