be severe with yourself sometimes in order to achieve all your objectives.criticise as well some lousy behaviours that make you slumber and you ,ll find yourself sitting right up to start again.
take down notes of all those things you do not like about yourself ,by so doing you,ll focus your mind on getting started in order to change those aspects you hate of you.
