Eating right after eating becomes a conditioned response that eating time is over. With the fresh breath and a full tummy you're happy not to overeat!
Brush your teeth immediately after eating, you won't want to eat more with a fresh breath.
The only thing I can say is that since day one, I changed my thoughts to "this is how I will eat for the rest of my life", not just some short term fix. Yes, now, I can eat just a little more, but really not much more that throughout the entire weight loss process. 100+ lbs lost and maintaining.
I chose a different color for each child from birth. Then I always knew that the cup, toothbrush, sheets, towels, placemat, coats, other clothing etc were quickly identified by the colour (for clothing it was either part or wholly that colour, or tagged with the appropriate colour)
The week is so busy, that I prepare the main part of Monday-Friday's meals on the weekend, then freeze them for my husband and I. At dinner I simply re-heat and serve with fresh or steamed veggies. FAST & EASY!
