Plan to succeed

I plan most of my week's work meals on Sundays - shop and cook so I have good healthy things to eat while at work and then I'm not tempted to get take out or snack in a way that undermines my efforts.

pasta craving buster

I eat low carb so when I REALLY need some pasta I cook a whole spaghetti squash and use it as the base for my home made lo carb sauce - I can have as much as i want guilt free!

Exercise you love

Find something you love to do - don't just exercise for the sake of it and you will find that activity comes easily. I LOVE yoga and can schedule three weekly sessions with no problem because it is something I really enjoy doing!
