Find a mountain

Want a sense of an accomplishment? Hike. Locate a hill nearby, climb to the top. Get the reward of beautiful scenery when you get there. And to boot, it burns a crazy amount of calories. emoticon

Shake that money maker

Dance parties with the family are a great way to share laughter, make some memories and burn those calories. My daughter will even get dressed up for them and it adds to the festive nature.

Use those weekends

Use those weekends or your days off to get some long workouts in. During the week, schedules get hectic and you may lose valuable time to get some good exercise in. People tend to eat more on the weekends, as well. You won't have to feel guilty.
