I'm Small Not Tall

After marriage I started to eat the larger portions like my 6'2" husband and I'm 5'3" well... I gained 40 pounds!! Since starting Spark as I'm filling my plate I remind myself to keep the portions with in reason by telling myself "I'm small, not tall."

Break It Up to Make It

I break up my one hour a day goal of walking into smaller chunks of twenty minutes at a time. That way I'm more apt to make it to 60 minutes then if I try to make 60 minutes fit into my day.
