freeze cherries (esp the tart pie ones that are super in season right now), and then throw 5-6 in your glass of water like ice cubes! Crush a few in there for that twinge of taste, and eat the others as a little treat when you get to the bottom of the glass.
If you have a wegmans nearby, you need to pick up their "thai" veggie broth. It's vegetarian, and can be used in place of any vegetable/chicken/beef broth, but it has an explosive flavor - lemongrass, spice, etc. I use it to make simple dishes like lentils or rice taste out of this world!
You can lift weights, and you can lift a LOT more than you think...so next time you are lifting, challenge yourself to go up one or two weights. You don't have to do as many reps, but you will really challenge your muscles.
