We are all pretty good at dispensing advice to everyone on here with a problem - but how often are we asking people to do as we say, not as we do? Take that good advice and apply it to yourself and you might be surprised that its just the pickup you were looking for...
Suddenly noticing you are chilly can be a sign that your metabolism just dropped into low gear. Rev it up by moving around. It doesn't need to be a lot of moving around either. Simple tasks around the house like emptying the dishwasher or folding the laundry can be enough to get things going and warm you up. If you really want to kick it up throw in a workout DVD or go for a walk or a jog.
I volunteer several days a week at a local no-kill dog shelter. I go early in the mornings and walk dogs for 3-4 hours, non stop. Its great exercise, great for the dogs, and a huge help to an entirely volunteer run organization.

Put down the laptop, log out of Spark, and go get your 8 hours. 8 hours of sleep helps to maintain healthy weight, as well as stress levels, hormone levels and general well being.
