When I go out for a restaurant meal, I always ask for a take out container before I eat. I put half of what is served to me in the take out container and take it home! Unless, of course I eat a garden salad! The portions in a restaurant are always doubled or more!
Changing up your exercise routine on a daily basis is a good thing! It will help wake up the muscles that are not used on a regular basis. You also dont want your body to get used to the same old routine, other wise you will not burn enough calories. Make sure your cardio is different every day!
