Nutrition tracker

Tracking what I ate really helped me realize how much junk I was shoveling into my body. I track my food every day and I feel great knowing that as the pounds come off my body is getting exactly what it needs. I am probably eating nearly as much as before, I am just making healthy choices! emoticon
